As Fall approaches, it marks the start of one big event... FOOTBALL and tailgating! If you are new to Hot Logic, you may have started with the Hot Logic mini and have not quite built your arsenal of multiples and sizes.

What I love the most about the Hot Logic is the ability to use it with an inverter for the car. Most tailgates involve packing up the mini grill, propane or charcoal, tables, chairs, pop up tents, the list goes on. Why not let Hot Logic do the work for you?

As a start to my tailgating series I am going to list some ideas to have at your tailgate.Lets start with using the 9x13 to get the most out of the space it offers and what you can piece together in different dish sizes.

As a season ticket holder to my Alma matter, tailgating is almost an every weekend affair meaning food is always present too. Sitting at this weekends past game, I kept seeing these awesome nachos in the stadium and it got me thinking how easy it would to make a nacho bar for tailgating.

What you need:

  • Meat (or not depending if you don't eat meat). You can make beef, chicken with fajita seasoning, or even pulled pork. Keep it in a 6 cup Pyrex. You can put two 6 cup Pyrex with two different meat types.
  • On the other side of the 9x13, if you only cook one meat, use another 6 cups Pyrex with nacho cheese. The Hot Logic will keep it perfectly warm even on a cold day.
  • Keep all of the veggies, guacamole and sour cream on the side.
  • All you need is a good bowl to build a nice tailgating meal.
